Return and refund policy

At Aura Sport, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

14-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • It must include all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

30-Day Return for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Not as described

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item.

In such cases, Aura Sport will cover the return and replacement costs.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse

  • Personal care items (if opened or used)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval.
